Our Story

For several years, AIA Austin and Austin Foundation for Architecture (now Center for Design ATX) have envisioned a center for design in Austin, and planning is currently underway.

With current activities like the Austin Architecture Cruise and Design Talks, this center will engage and highlight a diverse community of designers and architects, foster creativity and understanding, and inform the curious public. Our programming celebrates the endless ways design makes life better.

As we work together toward the creation of a physical space for the center, we invite you to join our email list, attend events, and support our growth. These activities would not be possible without community support.
